Shipping & Delivery Policy
Time Park BD provides secure nationwide delivery across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners, including Pathao and Steadfast. The courier is selected by our team according to the delivery location and service availability.
Delivery Charges
- Dhaka City: ৳80
- Dhaka suburban areas: ৳150 — Savar, Keraniganj, Dhamrai, Dohar and Nawabganj.
- Gazipur, Tongi and Narayanganj: ৳150
- All other Bangladesh districts: ৳150
Your delivery charge is calculated automatically at checkout from the selected District and Delivery Area. Customers cannot choose a lower shipping rate manually.
Address Accuracy
Please provide the complete house/road, area or thana, district and a reachable Bangladesh mobile number. If the selected District or Delivery Area does not match the written address, Time Park BD may correct the charge or contact you before dispatch. An intentionally incorrect address may delay or cancel the order.
Processing and Delivery Time
- Orders are normally processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
- Orders placed after 7 PM may be processed the following day.
- Dhaka City: normally 1–2 working days.
- Dhaka suburban areas: normally 1–3 working days.
- Outside Dhaka: normally 2–4 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may change because of weather, public holidays, courier delays or an unreachable customer.
Payment and Order Confirmation
Available payment methods and any applicable charge are displayed at checkout. bKash payments include the disclosed 1.5% processing charge; Cash on Delivery does not include that bKash charge. Our team may call or message the provided mobile number to confirm the order.
Receiving the Product
Please inspect the parcel and product during delivery where the courier allows it. Report a wrong or visibly damaged product immediately by calling 01534126081. Return or replacement eligibility is governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.
