🔄 Eligibility for Return & Exchange
You may request a return or exchange only if:

✔️ You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
✔️ You provide video proof taken during unboxing
✔️ The product has manufacturing defects, wrong item sent, or size mismatch
❌ Non-Returnable Items

⏳ Processing Time
Return/Exchange review: 1–3 business days
Replacement delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on stock availability)

Return shipping must be paid by the customer unless it was our mistake
If the fault is from timeparkbd (wrong item/defective product), we will cover the cost
Delivery charges are non-refundable
