Which payment methods are available?

Cash on Delivery is available at checkout. For other payment arrangements, contact TIME PARK before confirming your order.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-order products display their delivery estimate on the product page. A 20% advance is required to confirm a pre-order. Contact TIME PARK for payment arrangements; the remaining balance is payable upon delivery.

Can I return a watch?

Inspect the product when it is delivered. Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery acceptance, subject to the Returns & Exchanges policy. After accepting the product and completing payment, returns are not permitted.

What does the warranty cover?

Warranty coverage and duration depend on the model and invoice. Battery performance is covered according to the Warranty Policies. Refer to that page for coverage, exclusions and the claim process.

Are all watches original?

Authentic Brand Watches and Luxury Inspired watches are separate collections. Check the product category and description before ordering. Luxury Inspired products are not represented as original branded watches.
