1. Warranty Coverage

  • This timepiece is covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in movement, hands, or case arising from faulty materials or workmanship.
  • Battery performance (where applicable) is covered within the specified warranty period.
  • Warranty validity begins from the original date of purchase as stated on this cash sale memo.

 

2. Warranty Claim Procedure

  • Warranty service will be provided only upon presentation of the original cash memo and/or warranty card.
  • Customers are requested to contact our Customer Care at 01595-004888 prior to submitting the watch.
  • All warranty claims are subject to technical inspection by an authorized service center.

 

3. Service & Repair Policy

  • Service duration depends on the nature of the issue, diagnostic requirements, and availability of genuine parts.
  • Express or emergency repair services are not available.
  • Each timepiece receives careful inspection and precision servicing to maintain brand standards.

 

4. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from impact, accident, misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Any service or repair conducted by unauthorized personnel.
  • Normal wear and aging, including scratches on the case, crystal, strap, or bracelet.
  • Water damage caused by misuse or exceeding the watch’s stated water-resistance rating.
  • Cosmetic deterioration caused by external or environmental factors.

 

5. Water Resistance Notice

  • Water resistance ratings are tested under controlled laboratory conditions.
  • Water ingress due to improper usage or wear over time is not covered under warranty.

 

6. Warranty Validity

  • This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
  • The final determination of warranty eligibility rests with the authorized service center.
